Nothing is more encouraging in the local church than when we, as Christ's people, are following Him. The Church is the hope of the world. It is God's instrument in proclaiming the Good News and making devoted followers of Christ.

We know you would agree that God is using Life Church to bless, not only our church family, but also families in our communities and beyond. We believe this is only the beginning. With a united mission to change lives…change the world by helping more people find true life in Jesus Christ, we are convinced that now is the time to make the necessary building changes so our facility will be used mightily for His kingdom and glory.

God is calling us to make history. He calls forth our hope and commitment as we respond to new opportunities and challenges. Seeing what our Lord has done, believing and trusting in where He would lead, it is our time to make history and build our future together. One day, another generation of believers will give thanks for our faith and witness, even as they seek God's way in their lives and in their time.

It is the time for our church, responding to God's amazing grace and continuous blessing, to take the next step toward the dream for Life Church. We can only imagine how God will transform our gifts. More than a building will be raised here. We can only imagine the lives that will be changed and the people that will be reached for Christ in the years to come. As our Lord gives us glimpses of tomorrow, may He also lead each of us to see what we can do today that we may faithfully shape the promise of tomorrow.

As part of our Forward by Faith campaign, we are asking the friends and family of Life Church to prayerfully consider making a sacrificial commitment to give financially to this two-year campaign. This is a commitment that is over and above your present giving.

If you've already made a faith promise, thank you, and now ask God for the resources to stay faithful to that commitment. Also, ask God if He might want you to increase your commitment level.

These are exciting, faith stretching days of decision in our church. Let us commit to know and to do the will of God. He has granted to each of us the privilege of being a part of a fellowship where the Spirit of God is so warm and alive. This privilege implies a responsibility of sharing our blessings with others. To the glory of God, we will step forward in faith.
