Return Policy:
Conference & Event Registration: Registration fees purchased on this site are non-refundable as considerable time and investment is made into each event based upon the expected attendence. If you purchase a ticket you are encouraged to forward that ticket to another individual for their benefit and enjoyement. Should an event be cancelled, a refund will be granted.
Merchandise: Any merchandise product (CD, DVD, books, clothing, etc.) that is found defective within 3 business days of reciept, may be returned for credit, replacement, or full refund. Please keep all shipping packaging and call 952-937-6101 for return instructions.
