Here's just a snapshot of our incredible staff:

Dale & Sandy Sisam, Lead Pastors

Dale & Sandy have served as the Lead Pastors of this amazing church since 2000. Dale Sisam has been described as a gifted communicator who motivates the church to action. Each year, he speaks to audiences in the United States and internationally, impacting lives and motivating people with insight, inspiration, and humor. He is a popular speaker who teaches on evangelism, missions, leadership, destiny, and Christian living. He has traveled into 25 countries on five continents speaking to audiences in conferences, seminars, evangelistic crusades and churches.

Since 1983, Pastor Dale has served three churches in Iowa and Minnesota and has planted churches in the United States, Mexico and India. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry degrees.

From 2000 - 2006, he served as president of ACTS International Bible College. In 2006, he was invited to serve on the eldership board of Harvest Network International, an international partnership of churches and ministries serving 400 members in 30 countries.

Sandy Sisam

Pastor Sandy is a creative and dynamic communicator. Her passion is to empower women to walk in the strength and power found in the Holy Spirit. With humor, real life stories, and a depth of God's Word, she will encourage women to be infused with His strength to overcome all of life¹s obstacles victoriously - finishing strong in life. She will inspire you to make a difference by simply being yourself in Christ. She has spoken in conferences, seminars, and churches in the United States and internationally. She holds a Bachelor of Divinity degree.

They were married in 1977 and have three grown children. Together, their favorite verse is: "With God all things are possible."

Judy Schumack, Children's Pastor

Pastor Judy believes that children can have a rich, full relationship with God. Her twenty five years of Children's Ministry have been hallmarked by creativity, vision, and inspiration. Her God-given originality has set her ministry apart as one that continually brings freshness and creative vitality to children through a broad range of creative ministry. Judy's vision is to see children fully connected to God and growing up to live godly lives.

Judy has mentored and trained many adults for children's ministry, and has passed along her passion and zeal to see children serve God with their whole hearts. This legacy of adults is enriched by the hundreds of children she has personally introduced to the Lord Jesus. Her favorite saying is "In all the work you do; do it with all your breath with passion". Colossians 3:17.

Judy and her husband of 28 years live in Eden Prairie, MN. They have three children and one grandchild. Judy holds a Masters degree in pastoral studies.

Jason Sisam - Media Director & Young Adult Pastor

Jason attended Bethany College of Missions and graduated with a Bachelor of Divinity degree from ACTS International Bible College. He served his ministry internship in Australia, and his ministry travels have taken him to Indonesia, Brazil, Ireland, and Mexico. He carries a passion to see this generation live a passionate life for Jesus Christ and begin walking in the calling God has placed on their lives.. He serves as our Media Director taking care of the graphic art and video design for the churches needs. He also has a desire to see the Gospel presented through the media ministry here at Life Church.

Jessica Sisam, Worship MInistry Director

Jessica has a passion for worship. As a Program Director, she is responsible for the development of the Sunday morning programming schedule. With a heart of mercy, she has traveled on nearly 15 mission trips doing humanitarian work in Jesus' name. Her ministry travels have taken her to Mexico, Ukraine, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia, where she previously served on the worship team of a growing church

Carolyn McCaleb, Office Manager

Carolyn has served on staff for many years. She is also called, "the unofficial pastor" and is often found praying for people as they call in. She oversees a the staff of office volunteers. Carolyn and her husband Dave have four children and ten grandchildren.
